How to train for a 5k



                                          HOW TO TRAIN FOR A 5K


First of all what is a 5k. A 5K run is a long-distance road running competition over a distance of five kilometers. It is mainly ran in cross country the conversion to miles is three so that mean you will have to train to run three miles to be able to actually run that distance.

First you will need to start running get the most comfortable shoes clothes and when you first start you may need to go stop get water walk but push yourself harder and harder. I personally do five miles so when you actually do the race you have no problems. It is perfect for you there are so many pros to pushing yourself so just go out there go get your medal
